The majority of the time though in the East Bay it was common to hear “I went to high school with the listing agent” or “my friend knows the seller”. He seems to know everyone! He also had the answer to every question we asked. If we needed financing, he knew who to call. When we needed insurance, he had three contacts to speak with. When there was a discrepancy between the contractor’s plans and what he saw in the foundation, he reviewed the City’s permits. He looked under every stone to make sure we knew exactly what we were getting. On top of that, he coached us on which contingencies to waive and how to write a competitive offer. There were 6 offers on our home, and by coming in as a strong #1 Danny prevented the deal from going into counter offers and going deeper into a bidding war. We also worked with Danny’s transaction helper Tivai, and his preferred lender Brady Thomas. As a team, they helped us to ensure a smooth and timely close to our escrow.
